    if it was so easy to send wife to go with their parents then everybody will do it. You have to take divorce only. For taking divorce you have to prove the reason for divorce.

    Dear Sir, You can file a divorce and judicial separation under Hindu Marriage act for cruelty and false allegation against you. This way you will able to live separately. You can also file a mutual consent divorce if your wife agree to do so. This will help you to save your time in court proceedings.
