infact the dowry prohibition act has such a clause but practically no one is following and even lawyers are not aware of it.. it is fair to write so. however if any subsequent demand arises it wont curtail the rights of the bride to raise complaint.. so no issue in accepting the demand for further assistance plz book for consultation
Hello Sir There is no problem in signing such aafidavit with following conditions. It would not affect any state laws that are in favour of girl. you can do so but marriage can not survive on condition .it is a bond of faith and love.
its ok to declare because they have not much value. What actually transcribe in marriage (actual dowry) is what matters. Jewelry of girl will always remain with girl. Keep your jewelry with you only in your locker. Assets of any party is immaterial.
