I am a Muslim from Kerala and I send 3 Talaqas to my wife. Before sending my 1st Talaq to her I send a letter to discuss a compromise through my jamath to her and her Jamath, but no response from both sides. After 2 months I send 1st Talaq through the post. Each talaq I send in 1-month interval (when she received my 1st Talaq in August 17th, I send 2nd Talaq on 18th September and she received on 20th I send 3rd Talaq on 21st October and she received on 23rd October). I just want to know is it a legal divorce. My advocate said for Muslim men it is legal.
