Dear Sir, She cannot claim any further maintenance since permanent alimony prevents further claims under any circumstances under any provisions of law. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
If you have settled the alimony in lump sum then probably according to the court your liability legally met with absolving you of any further burdens in future but the exact language of the order will expalint properly. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
Hi, No, the amount given in the final settlement is the only amount you have to pay, unless she can prove that you defrauded her. If you found this helpful, please rate us.
SC rules, Courts not to entertain Sec.125 CrPC Petition of Wife once she is given Alimony under HMA. the Supreme Court has observed that a petition filed by a wife under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure who was earlier granted permanent alimony under Section 25 of the Hindu Marriage Act, cannot be entertained.
but you ll get relief from High court as it was a mutual divorce and in mutual consent she has left you and already got 10 lakh from you.. so she can't stand any ways..
basically sec 25 of hindu mariage act staes that she can claim for alimony.but basically depends upon how long you both were there in relationship
