Dear Client, Do file Divorce petitioner and contest it rather then going for mutual one or any other way. Do share your grounds which you can prove at the court that why you want the divorce. If your husband has signed the petition in Mutual Divorce, do take the plea of same in fresh matter. If needed further guidance kindly feel free to connect through the Vkeel Platform. You should file a fresh Divorce Petition on the Other grounds available Under the law after withdrawing the pending one. Last known address of the husband will be mentioned in the petition. And if the Husband is not cooperating you will get an ex parte (One Sided) Divorce. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
Dear Sir, Withdraw the mutual divorce petition and file contested divorce. Husband may be placed ex-parte and your divorce petition may be allowed. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
