Raised Petition Of HMOP Case For Divorce

Hello Sir, I have gor married in 2014. Me and my wife stayed around 6-7 Months together overall. Even when we are together there were many disturbances between us from day 3 of my marriage. She has stayed rest of the days with her parents and they even supported her from beginning. She use to quarrel and use to say that I was torturing her. Finally she has raised complaint in Jan 2017 at Police station . She has came to my place in April 2017 and stayed for a month and left to her hometown and she filed 498 case in July 2017 on me and my family. In 2019 Aug, she has sent Maintenance case to Home address saying I was not paying money. They have sent intially Maintenance case on Dec 2017 to my office and was returned as unclaimed which I even don't know. In Sep 2019 she has file Domestic Voilence case from other place where her father works on me and my family. After all these with my advocate suggestion I have filed HMOP(Divorce Case) in Nov 2019. First hearing came on Dec 2019 where they did not attend. With permission from Judge, my advocate sent private notice to both address where they mentioned in charge sheets. They have wantedly returned back without receiving. Now hearing came on mar 2020.As they returned notice they don't the date. After notice returned by them, my advocate has informed me that they are about to file a counter on Maintenance case. Could you please provide me suggestion what can I do now.
