Step Mother Harrasment And Blackmail

My step mother is demanding property from my father and added fake harrasment on him.. my step mother was a devorcee n she already have 2 children from her ex husband.. While marrying her my father already told that he won't take the responsibility of her children and she agreed for that.. and now we arranged a meeting in our panchayat n they r too supporting her to give her the property.. while now the property is still in loan and we have to pay the loan for more 6 years.. she and her children it me and my brother and tore my clothes with the grudge tht we denied to give the property.. we went to p.s and filed and fir.. later tht day even they came and filed fake harrasment scene on my father when my father wasn't even present in my scenario.. she's asking us to make her daughter study as much as fees required in the reputed university for mbbs seat or give any property.. The police there r not at all supportive and they're money oriented they r getting bribed by my step mother..
