    File a complaint against your husband in the women cell/Police station if you are sure you want to break marriage or give a warning to him. Better to make decision before child.

    Mrs Sunanda As you said you are being tortured by your husband not physically but mentally. Even verbal and mental torture is a crime against the woman in the eyes of Law. First of all, It is advisable to try to sort out your problem by taking the aid of both the families through a mutual settlement. If the same effort fails then you have the legal right to move a complaint against your husband before the concerned women cell/Police station. Once again I advise you to try to get the problem resolved at your level by mutual understanding because it takes too much time to build a healthy marital relationship and takes less time even a second to break that relationship.
