Dear Sir, The presence of the petitioner is not necessary until respondent appears and files his objections or matter refers to mediation. The Courts show leniency to woman petitioners due to COVID situations if they are absent even for 3-4 times. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.

The Court can dismiss the Petition or issue notice for appearance again if something special appears in the way. If the Petitioner remains absent continuously the Court will dismiss the Case. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
