The judicial Courts cannot take note of the transfer matters as it is an administrative matter and is the prerogative of the Organisation to appoint and transfer the employees according to their capabilities and acumen. Moreover, The transfer of an employee, not being a punishment Judicial Courts does not interfere. However, the Organisation/Establishment can consider your request on compassionate or sympathetic grounds.
