Company Forcing To Leave Job

I'm on sick leave due to infertility treatment doctor is not giving me a fitness letter to join wrk however company is forcing me to put my papers down n asking to rejoin later but not guarantee if they wil give me job again.wht can I do I don't wnt to leave my job it's only bcoz of medical condition
