I was working in a company name SAdhu Forging Ltd gear division In Faridabad Haryana 25 sector. I was working as a marketing executive . I have resigned 30 March 2018 and give one month to company. but after one month when I have asked to HR for my dues than they denied to give it. and after and send me a mail please see below  (Dear Mr. Vikas,  As you are well aware that you had despatched the material on 24.03.2018 to M/s. Geeta Sales, Agra. While despatching the material, you had sent all the documents except Road Permit of U.P. i.e. Form-31 along with the material. Even after confirming by the customer that Form-31 was necessary and I was sending that Form to you. But you despatched the material without obtaining the Form-31 from customer. This is a gross negligence from your side and, as a result, the material was hold by the GST Deptt. on U.P. Border and imposed a penalty of Rs. 70,000/- on the Company. Since you had despatched the material without obtaining the Form-31 and without the permission of your senior, which is a gross negligence on your part, and the Company has to bear a loss of Rs. 70,000/-, please explain, “Why this amount of Rs. 70,000/- should not be recovered from you?† Further, you are also absent from your duty since 1stMay, 2018. Either please join your duty or we shall eliminate your name from Company’s roll and recover the above losses incurred by Company) and my reply to company Respected Chairman sir, MD sir, Sorry here I'm writing this mail to all of you   I was a employee in your group in gear div. I have resigned on 30th March 2018,and given 30 days to company as per company policy. But till dated I have not received any dues. As I got mail from Sadhu forging Here I'm want to share some point with you please respected sir not down, 1. Well I have given 30 days after resign to company than how can he write it that I'm absent from my duties from 1st may 2018 and either join duty or shall we eliminate from company. So he has no any rights to say that I'm absent from my duties and something else. Sir I have a soft copy of resigned letter and when I have mailed to HR department. 2. As he mailed about 70k penalty or saying we a will recover  from your dues and whatever,  Customer also don't know is this form necessary or not. If he aware than he could  hold the material at our end or Transporter end. Transporter is responsible for that not me, why he is not asking to transporter for same and why should  not recover from transporter negligence. If any transporter have not any valid documents than how can transporter released material without valid documents. I have also issued E-way bill for same and transporter not demanded for any other documents instead of e-way bill. I don't know what is other relation with transporter instead than business that he is not asking to transporter negligence I have called several times to HR department and also meet personally with CM Sharma ji and as well as Toshniwal ji . But I have got only pathetic response from both of them Sir this is not a good way to treat your employees it will effect on others too. Sirs may be my dues will be around 12k how many loses sadhu forging want to recover from my dues. Sirs I hereby request to you please arrange my dues and conclude this matter to avoid any other long mails. if company cant than I have only 1 option left
