I am working in NGO which is 100% funded by govt. India. My appointment is on pay scale. Institute gave us D.A arrears till Oct. 2012 and cut PF also. Director protected is position as a program officers' scale. The program officers scale is the lecture's scale. He took the highest salary and all facilities of the director as well as the protected position of Program Officers' scale D.A. arrears. Now completed his age of 60 on 31st May 2020. He took leave encashment which facility only for the scale of pay people. I requested the Director give arrears from Nov.12 to till date and salary as per that. He doesn't agree. We have proof that there was no chance of your services. Existing terms and conditions. In short, the Director took govt. benefits and done's gave us a minimum salary. He managed BoM, Chairman, Auditor and Ministry also. What to do. I want to know how legal it stands. I want to my D.A. arrears from Nov. 2012 to till date and salary as per that. pl guide us.No he is retired but he takes an old salary. pf also

Dear Sir, You may approach Service Tribunal or High Court to get justice.
