Feel Depressed With Class IV Job

M educated guy and recently mere papa ki death ho gayi and mujhe job mili unki but mujhe unhone class iv laga diya. Maine graduation second year clear kiya hai uske baad job lag gayi. Bahut insulting feel krta hu. I want promotion in job as soon as possible. I don't know what to do. Mere sath jo class iv employees hai unki qualification 8th pass hai and meri second year of graduation. phir bhi mujhe same unke jaisi job kyu mili.
