    send to both offices. send a copy to head Office also. attach the proofs with legal notice and ask for compensation also in the legal notice

    then send a complaint to the head office ..... contact Ur HR ... after that uh can send them legal notice ... if not paid in 15 days then file a case against them

    send a legal demand notice through your advocate and remember one thing that notice will be your case which you my file thereafter I suggest you @ experienced local advocate regarding labour laws
