Harassment By Manager And Bank

what actions can i take against the bank who has transferred me 6 times during 10 months, and now my current manager is harassing me by 1.shouting infront of customers for very small mistakes(eg. typo) 2.intentionally assigning me more work and shouting and humiliating me when the same doesn't get completed on time. 3.giving false oral complaints against me to upper management to spoil my image. 4.threatening me to destroy my career if i do anything against his will.
