Hello sir , I joined a private company on September 2014 and Due to family issue i resigned on Feb 2017 ,as per company policy I served the one month notice ... after 1 month I got full and final settlement .Now Hr is asking 20k for issuing job experience letter and as I am not working from past 3 month company is not helping me to withdrawal of EPF amount ... kindly suggest

begin by serving upon them a legal notice. after that you may move to civil courts.
