I was a contractual employee in Central Govt. Organization, during that period we continuously asked Govt. provide us Pay Scale but management Denied and told that it is against your recruitment and not written in the offer letter. But when we the Govt. gave then all benefits which we were denied. Why this is done so? isn't it cheating to you us?

In general Contractual employees Pay scale fixed in accordance with the terms of contract and not as per the service rules of regular employees.. However if u find any unequal treatment u can workout ur remedies in accordance to the G.Os in your favour.. for further assistance plz book for consultation..

Contractual employees are not be compared with Regular employees. Contractual employee's right is limited to Contract they signed to only.
