As per my offer letter with my employer, I took a joining bonus of Rs. 75000 and i need to repay it if i quit the company with in an year. Also, as per the offer letter they will provide me Medical insurance along with my dependents until i stay with my company. I am quitting my company after working 4 months with them. But then did not provide me medical insurance till now due to some technical issues from their side. Do i need to repay joining bonus i received in these circumstances as they did not fulfill medical insurance part.
