Pension And Finalcial Aids For My Mother

My father expired last month while being in service(6-7 years were remaining before retirement). He was employee in state public service commission. He had some cases in court during his initial job phase, due to which his promotion and increments were paused. However judgment was not passed and he wasn't declared guilty yet. So he had stay and was allowed working in service but without promotions. My query is: 1)Will my mother get those remaining financial and other promotion which were paused during the service, based on benefit of doubt, as my father died and case's verdict has still didn't found him guilty yet. 2)The pension she shall receive will be counted on his last salary he got on current grade pay rank or will be given after clearing his cases and based on present promoted rank which he otherwise would had been given .(as the case should be closed as he wasn't found guilty yet and he died in between the case.)
