You will remain OBC. Creamy layer is decided on the basis of Parents income, not on your or spouse income.

As per Hon’ble Supreme Court of India decision, your status as OBC will remain in your State where you born. You may check Hon’ble Supreme Court 5 judges decision on this point.

Hi, 1. You will remain an OBC. 2. The status will be in your state of origin, subject to certain conditions. 3. Your total income is what will determine whether you form part of the creamy layer or not. If you found this helpful, please rate us.

You will be able to retain your Status for your State only on your Father's side and not to the matrimonial family. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Your status of OBC will not get changed just because you got married to a general category person Your category will be referred to your father's status and not your father in law. Your marriage will not alter your category of OBC just because you are married to other category person
