Near my house, there is an area where people keep dumping garbage. Sometimes they even throw it on the road. The smell is so bad that I can’t even use my balcony

Dear Sir, If that area belongs to Private person then get issue a legal notice to him to safeguard his property from dumping garbage. If it belongs to local authority like municipality then approach them for necessary action.
