I am married for 6 years. I have 5 years old child. Our sexual relationship in the past 6 years is not more than 30 days. My spouse had medical condition Ulcerative colitis grade 4 level which has been informed/known to me only after my marriage. My spouse has not supported financially, has not taken responsibilities for family, living life like a stranger, had obtained my physical and financial support all the time and never returned back. Almost lost 20Lakhs and 231grams of gold towards his and his father's medical condition. Recently he started physical abuse so I don't know what has to be done. Since I have my daughter I am scared to proceed further. Please advice me in this situation. I m working women. I don't need any of his financial assistance I request mental peace only. Please guide me in this regard.
