Immediately go for a Suit for Partition of the property and obtain an interim stay. Your Mother is entitled to get one share out of the landed property. In its latest judgment the Hon'ble Supreme Court has passed and declared that daughters are entitled for their share in such properties. Yours is a good case and you will succeed. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
