Anullment Of Marriage

I am a 30 year old female living and working in Delhi but was living in Assam earlier. I am seeking a Delhi based lawyer who can handle and file my case in Assam remotely. I do NOT want to file a police complaint. I want to file an annulment petition for the marriage agreement certificate which was originally registered in Diphu, Assam in 2010 using a different alias name by my spouse. My registered spouse was already married at the time from Assam court (using his real name) and had a son from the previous marriage since before and had not proceeded or received any divorce earlier. His wife also filed for divorce about 2 years ago in Indore Family Court which he did not ever reply or respond to. In 2017 my marriage was again registered in Hojai registry office (under my spouses real name) and using the same October 2010 marriage date which also was illegal since again the divorce with the previous spouse was never completed. I have documented all the events leading up to this and have copies of both my marriage certificates. I would like to file a claim in court to declare both certificates null and void. Once again, all matters must be handled remotely since I am unable to physically come to Assam due to various reasons including work and family commitments. I am now fully separated from my spouse since January 2018 and living outside Assam.
