Dear Sir, Mediation Centre is having limited powers and you have to get guardianship rights only in the regular court. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.

Hello Sir Yes you could do so, you could first take the visitation rights and then take a decreee from the court regarding the guardianship rights. Thanks Please rate if you find this advice helpful.

Dear Sir, First take visitation right and the mediation centre cannot pass any orders on I.A.No.1 which is for appointment of guardian. The file will be returned after giving visitation rights and court will be necessary orders on I.A.No.1 after hearing the other side. Normally such I.A will be allowed. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
