Hi, You can go to the High Court for the quashing of Chargesheet for your father and mother (acoording to the statements and evidences) and further you can file petition for the Bail also for yourself. If High Court gives any order then all the inferior courts are bound by that order.
Hi, Yes, a lawyer can appear and represent before a court by filing a Memo Of Appearance or a Vakalath on behalf of Accused in the Court. It is done on the date of hearing or whenever the party wants to move a motion or IA. Also, sometimes, the Advocate can directly put the application before the Magistrate/ Judge and Who, after perusal of application allows the Advocate to plead on behalf of the accused even in their absence.
