Can I Go & Live In My Lawhouse After 15 Years

I was married in the year 1995. There was a dispute between me and my husband due to his alcoholism and domestic violence. Still, we managed to live together up to the year 2000. We gave birth to a girl child in 1996. My grandfather-in-law had 2 wives. He has made a will, wherein there is a detailed distribution of his wealth among his 4 sons. My father-in-law passed away in the Year 2000 after our separation. After his death, my mother-in-law & my husband left our ancestral home due to the threat of my step-father-in-law & lived with my sister-in-law’s Flat. She is single & a lawyer. My in-laws never liked my husband. I was living then with my parents. My husband was admitted to Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital on 6 Aug 2005 where he died on 7 Aug 2005. I suspect his sisters have not behaved well with him. I work in a private manufacturing company.
