Can Interim Injunction Be Filled For Protection

We've a property case going on between my father and his brother, for a few years (further delayed due to Corona). My father occupy most of the property but his brother had cunningly/forcefully occupied 1 shop (out of 2 shops). My father is running his 20-30 years old business from there. Now he is trying to do same with other part (2nd and 3rd floor) by going to floor ( way to those floor is via our shop) and when we ask him not to go, he start arguing and fighting (throwing stones, bricks and stuff). And if we go to police, he also follows us to police, make a drama and file a counter case (mostly by self harming and at times some injuries while we defend ourselves). Many times we have video recordings and police don't seems to care much (may be because it's a family case) or, either don't take action or take action on my father as well and my brother (who works with my father). How do we protect ourselves with a person who has nothing to lose and his purpose is to hurt us.
