Grooms, cousin is a lawyer he encouraged groom to ask some demands ( like give costly clothes on marriage like this ) to brides family before marriage in two months back, the proof is there. Can now file a complaint on him, if so where can I complain of him in Bar council or where?

You have no case against Lawyer who is Cousin. All cases are maintainable against Groom. Why don't you settle down amicably. Because litigation will lead to further litigations. Matrimonial life will get worse.
