Dear Sir, You may get issue a legal notice to your first husband and then go for change.

You can give gazatte notification and change his name, and using 2nd marriage certificate (and adoption deed in some case) his father\'s name can be changed in all documents except the birth certificate.. Legally in Birth certificate u cannot change father name at all.. for further assistance plz book for consultation..
