Cheeting First Wife..

my husband already married...he hv 2 chield son n daughter..12 yr n 13 yr.. first wife torture my husband alot..she thrtning al the time that when he not ready to demand wht she needs then she complained assam rifles CO CORNAL ofcer n she killed her babys n father in law ..father in law army retaired person.. and all the time she controled his ATM CARD n perse etc..and one day she my husband village levae n property sell..and she come her own mom village n she make new home..n her village woman n all r support only she any time bcz shr hv alot money..and when my husband going to home when churtti that time she drink alcohol n qurel any time...and she affairs alot boys..n she threting any time that she come to husband office if he not ready to demand her any thing..and one day she sayd my hubby that (i am divorct to u but u gv me money) ..then my hubby ready to gv money..and her demand all r propertys n money..and she controled my father in law pension also...and pension amount 19000...then she NOTARY copy n signature my husband divorce..but copy she did nt give my husband...she said ( i am divorced u..i leave u..u enjoy your life..but u know that your father n our son n daughter also i tk care..and any time my heart n my home...so u believe me and please go enjoy your life) then my husband meet me one day and we r married...but aftee married she come my home n torture me ...any time come my home thretning me...and she file case ASSAM RIFLES dipartment COURT...and dipartment suspend my husband job for 5 months without salary .and CO sir telll my husband that ( u go your home n when u compromise latter gv me then i ready to job give u).then i used advocate ..and my asvocate send compromise latter to her advocate...and she ready to compromise... and she demands when he 70% give fist wife then she compromise and withdrawal case ...and we r ready to gv her money...and compromise done ..and my husband job return...and verry good well 2 3 months...and after 2 3 month my home one notice through court that CR CASE .. and we r again advocate used bcz we r for bail ...and my advocate demands for fail 80000 ..i gv and me n husband both r bail realese ...and suddenly my husband office send latter that bcz our cr case is going district court civil out of army court thts why he cant job long time and he volontier retaired .. and last October my husband volontier retaire and he got only 18000;00 eighteen laks after retirement ..and she says she all r CR CASE and withdrawal and she ligaly divorce give husband...and she demand 150000 fifteen laks one time settelement .she not demand any money monthly maintenance..bcz our pension come only 12000....bcz my husband not complt 20 years of job...and we send her acount money....but 6 days ago when we r going court then she says she cant give divorce n she cant withdral ..and she demands maintannc for child...she cheeting me.....now sir u tell what i do ...bcz megistret clearly says that monthly maintenance is must be given...its ruled...plz sir say wht i do..our CR case no 498(A) 494/120(B) 406 IPC 125 cr
