Hi sir / Mdsm . My wife returned from canada on 31.3.2018 after 2 years from 2015 ,we lived in an aprtment owned by her , paying emi for home loan , now seh is with her parents and threating me to vacate the house , if not she will file a police case that i am torchering her , dont want to continuw with me . I want an advice that can she has possibilites to ask to vacate the house where i am leaving along for 2 years when she is in canada

Evicting you would be a tough task.. You need not start any case or proceedings, just face if she invites.. Besides u can file restitution case, but it would hardly be useful.. Besides.. why don't u quit her and find a suitable one?.. How long u gonna ruin ur/her life..
