Only when the rights exists, law enforces it.. Father, Mother, Paternal/Maternal Grand parents have visitation rights naturally.. If u cannot enforce ur right, u can approach court.. Court order avoids unnecessary problems and litigations..

no doubt you do not require a court order to see your child, but if you and your relatives go there, there will be unnecessary fights and they may file a complaint making false allegations, etc which will further will disturb you mentally so better get a order from court, normally the court grants visiting rights.
