Child Visitation

Sir/Madam, Mother of the child was harassed mentally and physically by in laws with husband being a mute spectator. Mother's salary was even forcefully taken from her while father was not contributing a single rupees towards any of the household/child expenses. In laws and father of the child has also coerced mother to avail personal loan in her name for their benefit and pay the same from her salary. Under such circumstances mother had no option but to come with the child (girl child of 1 year old) and stay with her mother. Now can father and in laws forcefully visit the child at child's maternal grandmother house. Mother of the child is very scared of her in laws. Father of the child when he visits only leads to arguments and skirmishes which is affecting the child. How to prevent father or his relatives to visit the child till suitable legal action. In the interim relatives of father are visiting grandmother's house and creating nuisance outside her door for not letting them in.
