I and my adulterous(from 5-7yrs pre-marital affairs and continuing), infidelity, cruel wife (SI, Delhi Police), I have taken somehow 13B Mutual divorced from her; with intention to get away from wrong/bad wife without wasting further time/life; Settlement was of Rs. 3 Lakhs. Two lakhs paid, Divorce decree obtained; 498A FIR pending with Rs. 1 Lakh and I have filed Quash petition for same but refer below :- Ourside case (At P&H Chandigarh HC) 1. By my fatherside case (when She harassing through CAW cell wrongly), FIR No. X u/s 120B,420,497,323,341,506/34 dt.22.10.2018 against wife & her boyfriend (paramour) also her mother and two brothers of wife and one midth man (total 6) via 156(3) court order -This case been mentioned in settlement by my wife -Currently, wife filed quashing petition for this FIR at Chandigarh HC with ref to settlement for 498A FIR -Wife pressing to withdraw case from Chandigarh, we have signed but Chd HC not oblige them due to SC judgementSC Guidelines

Not understood what you want. SI giving mutual for only 3 lakhs is hard to digest.
