Court Cases And Name Change

When the case is closed, it can't be updated.. if u file appeal then u can mandate him to change his name in cause title.. searching only by old name (as per court record)

Dear Sir, You must file an amendment application under Order 6 Rule 17 of CPC along with affidavit and documents to amend the cause title accordingly.
