In-laws of my daughter were arranged marriage by lying and hiding the truth of son-in-law. After a few years of marriage, they demand money in the form of a loan as they made me an emotional fool and in the sake of help I gave them too. But now it is being continuously demanding from 5-6 years and abuses if not given. I had also given 4 lacs to them to buy a house but after 2 years, they sold it too and start demanding again. And now they are homeless. In-laws of daughters are not supporting them. Even now I am paying their rents since 1 year. And my daughter not allowing me to do any legal action against them. And I am financially not able to support them. What should I do? Give me some legal advice.

You and your daughter have to be courageous in your thought and action as well. Because it is not at all wise and practical to keep on feeding the family for all times. You have to put a full stop somewhere. You are competent to take legal action against those wicked people. Stop paying and recover what is paid till now, if you wish.
