my daughter is married in the guruwayur temple in 2016, she has 11-month son, registration from the court is not yet done, inlaws are very uncivilized people they can go to any extent, we are worried about my daughter and her son's custody, she is working lady often we have to look after her son when she is job, please advice us for my daughter and her son's future

Please go thro Domestic Violence Act.. There are many reliefs available, you can pray for suitable reliefs.. besides grandson custody will be with your daughter.. untill 6yr age .. don't worry at all...

Your daughter may file a case under section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act and seek a protection and residence order from the Court. As regards the custody of the child she is exclusively entitled for the custody of the child..
