dv case is still going on and I will file interim maintenance in next hearing. my husband has my child birth certificate born aboard. at police station last year before filing case police asked to give my child birth certificate but he did not give. now after 1 year can I send him email and ask for birth certificate? I'm not sure if he will give.

DV Act reliefs are wide.. You can file interim petition demanding this prayer to give copy of birth certificate.. its well maintainable.. Gud luck..
