Lot of remedies are available to you under the law of the land. You may file a case under section 12 of the Protectionof Women from Domestic Violence Act and seek protection order, residence order and maintenance order under the relevant provisions of the Act. You may also move an application for maintenance under section 125 Cr.PC. Besides, if you want divorce you may also file a petition for dissolution of marriage and seek maintenance under the relevant provisions of the Hindu Marriage Act.
