My dad's house built with his own earning now my parents are over 80+ need to move to 1st floor 2BR house which was rented out and they were using the same for their expenses. Now as the cost of living has escalated they want to move out from ground floor 3BR to 2BR..my brother and family have been living with them for the last 30+ years but have been verbally abusing them haven't paid even utilities everything is borne my parents till date. Kindly let us know if we can get an eviction notice to move out. They've threatened my parents for share to be given only then they will move out. Kindly advise what's is way out.

Senha it's your Dads self earned money and Property. He can Make Will.on any one or even they can throw your brother out.
