Dear Azhar It is advisable that first of all, before taking any strict action against your son, you should talk to your son with love and peace about what is his actual problem. Some time children are more affected by their outside world/infavourable circumstances. Since, your son is a student try to persuade him to focus on his study. If he don't mend his way then you have legal right to evict him from your home by filing an application under senior citizen welfare act provisions to the office of district magistrate of your area. If property in your hand is self acquired then he can't claim his right, but if ancestral property then he can claim his share. For seeking further details kindly contact me.
