Actually, my husband has a relationship with a minor girl. and her mother supports their relationship as they are benefited with money from my husband. He got engaged with her engagement in presence few neighbors and her family members which is illegal as he is married and the girl is minor, they are from backward and lower-middle-class people. Hence might do anything. Pls, guide me to save my husband from this issue. Pls advice me that if the minor girl complains about my husband he can be punished. If yes how can we save him? as that girl made her relation to get money and financial benefits with my husband. He wanted to stop his relationship with that girl but he is not clarifying anything to us but afraid of something. I guess might complaint that girl might do on him. she will be of 18 in Aug 2019 and after that, she may claim and prove a living relationship with him if she has any proof. Pls guide me and show some path. Can photographs be used as evidence which she might have for their engagement? I don't know my husband have any photograph or not, but as he is married and she is minor their. engagement is not void. Kindly advice the same

it is illegal to make physical relation with minor girl.Anyone can complaint in this regard.,it is a serious crime,... penalty are even life imprsionment.

Their relationship is illegal.. if she complains that minor abuse, you may need to collect some evidence about her promiscuity.. Just leave the issue for a while and after she turns to 18, you file a bigamy & non maintenance complaint against ur husband and settle the dispute before Mahila Police station

Engagement or marriage with a minor is illegal in the eye of law if your husband is having illegal relation with a minor girl and is willing to leave her it is fine and good hope your family is not totally collapsed by the illegal attitude of your husband, and the girl could not have any claim over this. nor would she able to help
