My father age 59 years is Railway employee, not financially supporting my mother and one unmarried sister age 34 years and one physically handicapped brother age 32 yrs. He is having an illicit relationship with a widow, as he is habituated by this behaviour. In year 2002 my mother filed 498A and maintenance cases against him that time he comprise saying I will do my all responsibility. Now in few months approx 5, he is going to retire and will misuse all his hard earned savings. So what to do. Please do the needful. I want this man to be treated a lesson. He had made a mockery of the law. Please do the needful.
