I am married with two kids, I got into a relationship with an unmarried girl and was in the relationship for almost 12 months. We have decided to marry and take this further, we have been very close mentally and physically. Now the girl has back out citing that she has moved on and cannot continue this relationship. I feel cheated as I have spent a lot of time, emotion, and money for visiting many places with her, also I have started my legal procedure with my wife for separation. So now I am nowhere neither my family nor that girl. Please suggest can I go for a legal case against that girl for any kind of financial or mental or cheating.
