Asked in Family
Dear Sir, You may collect the said postal article if available in the Post Office otherwise you may engage an advocate and he will approach the concerned Court and get certified copies of all the documents. If you do not appear before the Court you will be in danger as it will be allowed in favour of your wife placing you ex-parte. Please mark “LIKE” if satisfied by my answer.
Dear client, No need to worry bcoz the court notice will be reissued to you on your address.
No suggestion can probably be made on probabilities. Manage to contact the Family Court directly and get the details of the proposed case and manage to contest it. It may be a matrimonial matter, maintenance matter or any thing else pertaining to the same lines. Manage it accordingly before it is too late. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
Need to collect the legal notice first.
1 it may be a notice for conjugal rights 2 it may be a notice for maintenance 3 it may be notice for divorce just wait and watch you will again received the same if service was not proper
As you said, you and your wife staying separated since the last one year. Its may be possible that your wife has filed a Maintenance Petition under section 125 of CrPC or may be Divorse Petition as it comes from the Family Court. As that time you was not in the house the Postman will come again to give you the said notice or maybe the court will again issue the Notice.
