Dear Sir, Your mother is having all rights to file N number of cases against her husband and she will succeed.

If your father had entered into a second marriage, then file a complaint case for bigamy. If not then your mother should lodge a FIR for domestic violence and theft and criminal breach of trust and misappropriation of property. Apart for this your mother can file a divorce petition on the ground of cruelty and get maintenance for herself and you.

This is my response to you: 1. Ask your mother to file a DV case against him; 2. Also file an FIR under IPC against him; 3. If she wishes to be separated from him then file a divorce petition.

Lodged complaint under civil as well as criminal court.

She can file police case and DV act petition for recovery of jewel, compensation, joint residence etc..
