Family Issue

Can my mother get my father's salary and retirement amount? even if he is not living with us? because he left us because of his brother's family. He created us. When my mother was working he was with us Tortured and got a salary from her and invested 1. To construct a house for the brothers family 2. Kept a private business on his elder brother's name. During Loss, my mother and father's salary has been invested to pay salaries for employees. He properly planned and settled his brother's family by doing all mental torture. Now he left us. Now my mother also gave VRS. Even in this LOCKDOWN period, my father left us alone here. We don't have any vehicle to go for a shop he took my car and locked the desktop. He's having another set of the key to our home. Always it happens my mother and I convince him without having any mistake on us we all sorry and bring him back. He keeps demand and living with us. Now I'm also working I have the ability to take care of my mom. So I'm asking him to give all house related credential details to pay the bill, insurance, car documents, scooty documents. we decided to let him go by giving all these. So that I can manage further. But he is denying to give all those details he wants us to depend on him. My mother is getting hurt each day so we decided to move off if he doesn't want us. But we expect him to give all those particulars and need to claim his salary and retirement amount as my mother has lost her salary because of him. So please tell me a legal way to get those. I have evidence of torture conversation records. He is smartly playing with my mom's emotion which I couldn't see it. I have to stop this. please help me out.
