Family Issue Of Father And Mother Living Separated And The Case Is Going On

I am Rihan 21. Need advice regarding the family issue case that the between my mother and father is still going on from the last 8 years. And I'm living with my mother since the case is filed. I want to know what are my rights now, cause my mother and gather both don't want to live together in that case can I live with my mother family and I want to maintain a relationship with my father family so is there any legal actions are taken on me for keep or want to keep relation with my father family. Cause my mother also file a false case against my father's family of IPC 498. And domestic violence. So I want to know my legal rights of keeping relations.
